PinkSteady
For Assisted Living Facilities

A program that pays when it works.

We structure pilots around proof. You see measurable reductions in fall incidents, family-facing differentiation, and a path to insurance-aligned outcomes. We see a partner.

The Cost

Falls move the entire P&L.

A single fall costs an average of $62,000 between hospitalization, recovery, and follow-on care. The downstream effects, family escalation, occupancy churn, rising liability premiums, and staff time spent on incident response, compound over the year.

Detection technology catches the moment of crisis. By then the cost is already committed. PinkSteady works upstream of the fall, building the stability that makes it less likely in the first place.

The Structure

Conditional. Outcome-tied. Auditable.

01

Letter of intent, conditional on results

We agree on the pilot cohort, the baseline assessment, and the success criteria. Payment is structured to follow the outcome, not the install.

02

Baseline and onboarding

Residents in the cohort complete an initial Steady Check-in to establish a personal baseline. Hardware is the iPhone or Apple Watch they may already own; we provide one if not.

03

Twelve-week intervention

Daily check-ins, audio-guided stability sessions, and stability-trend dashboards for staff and family. We share weekly snapshots, not just an end-of-pilot report.

04

Measured outcome and decision

We compare cohort fall incidents and stability-score trajectories against your historical baseline. If the agreed-upon thresholds are met, the LOI converts. If not, you owe us nothing.

What You Get

More than software. A program.

Each engagement is staffed and supported. Your team is not the implementation team.

Stability dashboards

Resident-level scores and cohort trends, refreshed daily. For your staff, your medical director, and family-facing reports.

Outcome reporting

Weekly snapshots and a final pilot report you can share with insurers, owners, and prospective residents.

Onboarding support

We handle resident enrollment and first-week troubleshooting so your CNAs do not become an IT helpdesk.

Family communication

Optional family share that turns the program into a competitive asset on tour, not a hidden line item.

Schedule a thirty-minute pilot conversation.

We will walk through your fall data, propose a cohort and threshold, and either schedule the next step or tell you it is not a fit.
